It is my pleasure to introduce and add Carmencita Otero-Martinez (AKA Carmencita DJ Y Su Salsamania) to our NewGenSalsa family. Carmencita who hails from Puerto Rico started her DJ career in 2007 in local venues in Puerto Rico such as “El Criollo” in Guaynabo, “Shots Y Oyster Bar” in Isla Verde and most recently has perform at the following events:
2015 International NYC Salsa Congress where she and I met and El Décimo Aniversario de Juan Jose Hernandez Y San Juan Habana in May of 2016 just to name a few.
This new production is another great CD produced in Puerto Rico this year with some of the best vocalists and musicians from the Island. After listening to this CD several times it very obvious that Carmencita’s objective was to create a dance fueled production with nothing but SWING all over it.
To all you DJs, Bailadores and Salsa lovers every song from track #1 “Mi Mambo Enciende La Fiesta” through #8 “Dos Palabras” there is nothing but pure dance bangers that will have you dancing and listening for years to come.
