Since I began working at NewGenSalsa I have noticed a slow but steady increase in New Salsa Productions.
Not only have they been producing great music on this side of the globe but we now see a surge of awesome music coming out of Europe. This brings me to “Rene Alvarez Y Su Cuban Combination”, a nicely engineered piece of work that our friends Alexio “Papo” Grossi and Fabrizio Zoro at Abanico Records have sent us to groove to.
Great tunes, Solid Arrangements, Good Production and some really good vocals make’s this one to look out for. If this is an indication of things to come from Abanico Records look out.
Aside from everyone else that is producing independent work here is a Label that is committed to do what no other is willing to do here in our part of the world.
Cuban style progressive music for those fans that adore this great style of music…
