Banco Popular recently released a fantastic new DVD/CD special called ¡Sonó, Sonó…Tite Curet!, in dedication to renowned Puerto Rican composer Catalino Curet Alonso, better known as “Tite”.
The track I decided to feature from the album is a Salsa Dura para los bailadores, that features vocals by Reggaeton/ Spanish Hiphop artist Tego Calderón. Tego creates his own rendition of Tite’s “Con Los Pobres Estoy” and does a great job in the process.
I had a chance to see the film and listen to the album and they are both awesome! Make sure you pick up both the CD and DVD.
